African Project Ledger

Editorial Policy

The standards guiding how APL selects, verifies and presents project intelligence.

Accuracy and verification

APL seeks to verify material facts through credible primary or authoritative sources, including government institutions, development finance organisations, company disclosures and direct stakeholder communications.

Independence

Editorial decisions are made independently. Commercial relationships, sponsorships or partnerships do not purchase favourable coverage.

Corrections

Material errors will be corrected transparently and promptly when reliable new information becomes available.

Source protection

Confidential sources may be protected when their information is credible, relevant and in the public interest.

Conflicts and disclosure

APL will disclose significant commercial relationships or potential conflicts where they may reasonably affect readers’ interpretation.

Submissions

Project announcements, press releases and corrections may be sent to research@africanprojectledger.com.
